Fees or expenses
For services in relation to loan products, we may receive commissions from product providers. Upfront commission on mortgages typically ranges from 0.55% to 0.88% of the loan amount (one‑off), and some institutions may pay ongoing commission ranging from 0.15% p.a. to 0.25% of the loan balance.
Where other costs are incurred in the process of providing our advice and services to you (for example, travel or document costs), we will agree these with you before they are incurred.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from Marg Mortgages Ltd, please contact us. We have an internal complaints process and undertake to investigate your concerns promptly and fairly.
We aim to respond within 10 working days from the date of receipt of your complaint. If we need more time, we will let you know within that period and provide an estimated timeframe for our response.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), a free and independent dispute resolution service.
